Instruction QUICK ORDER FORM

for OPENCART 3.0


Download and install


  1. Download the plugin archive from the Shop Pinta store and save it on your computer.

  2. In the admin panel of your website, select Extensions (1) > Installer (2).

  3. In the Upload your extensions block, click the Upload button (3).



  1. In the opened window, download the plugin archive (1, 2).




  1. Clear the modification cache (recommended for the OpenCart version lower than v.4.0).

To do it, go to the Modifications subcategory (1), select the checkbox of the Quickorder modifier, click the Clear (2) and Refresh (3) buttons.



  1. Next, go to the Extensions subcategory (1). In the Modules list (2) find the Quick Order plugin.



  1. And click the Install button.



  1. To configure the plugin, click the Edit button.



In addition to the plugin page, a table of quick orders will be available (menu Sales > Quick order).

To activate the plugin, select the Enabled position in the Module status field.



The plugin page consists of:


  1. The Module status field - to enable / disable the plugin (position Enabled / Disabled).

  2. The Email notification field (1) - to send notifications to your mail when new orders are placed in your online store (position Enabled / Disabled).

  3. The Field “Name” block (2) - allows you to add a field to fill the client's name in the “Buy in click” form,

  4. The Field “Email” block (3) - allows you to add a field to fill the client's mail in the “Buy in click” form,

  5. The Field “Phone” block (4) - allows you to add a field to fill the client's phone number in the “Buy in click” form,

  6. The Field “Comment” block (5) - allows you to add a field for the client to fill in a comment in the “Buy in click” form.


To display any field in the “Buy in click” form, select the Enabled position in the Status field (6). If you do not need to display the field in the “Buy in click” form, select the Disabled position.


If you want the field to be required, select the Required position in the Required field (7). If you want to leave the field optional, select the Not required position.


Also, you can enter another name for each field, which will be displayed in the “Buy in click” form. To do it, fill in the field for entering the title (8) in the languages ​​available in your store.




After selecting the settings, click the Save button.



Refresh your website page to display the “Buy in click” form.



Now your customers can use the “Buy in click” button (1) to open a quick order form (2).



To open a table of quick orders, go to the menu Sales (1) > Quick order (2).


The Quick order page displays all orders (4) placed through the “Buy in click” form.


Using the filter (3), you can quickly find the required order and continue communication with the client.



To create an order based on a quick order, click the Create order button.



Thus, a new order will be created in the menu Sales > Order. You can supplement it with other data.
