Website Maintenance and Support Service

Overview:

Our team will take care of your website, allowing you to forget about its unstable performance. Professional website maintenance helps address tasks related to monitoring and maintaining website functionality, database backups, and updates. You can also make basic changes to the site with our help (color scheme, layouts, menus, content addition).

The service includes:

• Resolving conflicts and bugs that reduce website performance
• Weekly database backups
• Suggestions for improving website performance
• Installation of regular updates
• Monthly reports
• Developer support (basic changes on the site)

To activate the service, you need to:

1. Pay for the service and provide the manager with information about your website - access to cPanel and the site control panel.

2. Discuss in detail with the manager what you want to achieve from the maintenance.

3. Our specialists will analyze the site's performance indicators, fix issues that impair website functionality, install updates for all extensions, and offer options to improve site performance.

How does it work?

For our specialists to start working on your site's maintenance, we need access to your hosting and the admin panel of your site (we will provide all instructions).

Website maintenance is valid for 12 months. After this period, you will need to renew payment to activate the service.

You have access to no more than 5 hours of professional developer work per month. This covers basic site changes - installing a template on the server, adding content and graphics, changing the color scheme, installing and configuring extensions, or minor changes in CSS/HTML. If no tasks are assigned to the developer in the current month, the hours do not carry over to the next month.

The service applies to one site.

We work with sites on platforms like WordPress, OpenCart, PrestaShop, Cs-Cart, Magento, Joomla, WooCommerce.
