Instruction SMS Notifications Sender for Magento2.4

Download and install

 

  1. Download the plugin archive from Shop Pinta and save it to your computer.

  2. Connect via FTP to your website and copy the folder sms-sender-magento (1) into the plugins folder of your website (2). 

 


 

To configure the plugin, select in the main menu of the admin panel the section SMS Notifications Sender (1) > Settings (2), which appears after installation.

The plugin integrated with five SMS providers:


  1. SmsRu (1).


To configure the SmsRu provider's SMS, enter your data copied from the SmsRu website after registration in the API ID field (2).

In the Sender field (3), enter the data to be displayed in the message from whom the SMS came.




You can copy API ID after registration on the SmsRu website:




  1. TurboSms (1).


To configure the TurboSms provider's SMS, enter your data copied from the TurboSms website after registration in the Token field (2).

In the Sender field (3), enter the data to be displayed in the message from whom the SMS came.




You can copy Token after registration on the site TurboSms website:




  1. Clickatell (1).


To configure the Clickatell provider's SMS, enter in the field API Key (2) your data copied from the Clickatell website after registration.




You can copy API Key after registration on the Clickatell website:




  1. BulkGate (1).


To configure the BulkGate provider's SMS, enter your data copied from the BulkGate website after registration in the Application ID (2) and Token (3) fields.

In the Sender field (4), enter the data to be displayed in the message from whom the SMS came.




You can copy Application ID, Token after registration on the BulkGate website:




  1. GatewayAPI (1).


To configure the GatewayAPI provider's SMS, enter your data copied from the GatewayAPI website after registration in the Token field (2).

In the Sender field (3), enter the data to be displayed in the message from whom the SMS came.




You can copy API Key, API Secret Key and Token after registration on the GatewayAPI website:




In the Settings tab (1) you can configure the settings:


  1. If you want to send / receive SMS notifications with Unicode, select YES (2).

  1. The administrator's phone number for receiving SMS messages (3).




In the Events tab (1), you can configure SMS notification:


  1.  On new order placed (2).


For enabling / disabling sending SMS messages to the client after a new order is placed, select the appropriate status in the Status field (3).

Enter the text that will be displayed in SMS messages in the field (4).




  1.  On order status change (1).


For enabling / disabling SMS text message sending to the customer after the order status change, select the corresponding status in the Status field (2).

Use the checkboxes to select when you want the customer to be notified by SMS text message (3).

In the Message box (4) enter the text that will be displayed in SMS messages.




  1. On new order placed (1).


For enabling / disabling sending SMS messages to the administrator after placing a new order on the website, select Enable / Disable in the Status field (2).

In the Message block (3), enter the text that will be displayed in the SMS message.


  1. On successful signup (4).


For enabling / disabling sending SMS messages to the administrator after successful registration on the website, select Enable / Disable in the Status field (5).

In the Message block (6), enter the text that will be displayed in the SMS message.




In the General tab (1), the plugin is enabled / disabled by selecting the appropriate value in the Status field (2).

In the Selected API field (3), select the SMS provider that will be used to send SMS notification to the client / administrator.




After completing the settings, click the Save settings button.




Now your clients and administrator can receive SMS notifications after registering on the website, successfully placing an order or after changing the order status.
